Eileen Pimentel Smalling
MS, BS, AS, RN, FNP-BC
Founder & CEO
Eileen is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. Eileen graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with the highest honors and was inducted into the Honor Society of Nursing. She has trained with Harvard Physicians and some of the best Aesthetic Medicine Providers in the country. Her clinical experience includes Medical and Surgical ICU, Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery, Diabetes Management, and Aesthetic Medicine. Eileen has advanced training in injectables, microcannula, laser, and skincare. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys being a professional ‘hype girl’ for her patients, learning, teaching, traveling, and spending time with family.
Dannya Pimentel
MS, BS, RN, FNP-BC
Clinical Director
Dannya is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Boston and trained with Cornell Medical Physicians, as well as some of the best Aesthetic Medicine Providers in the country. Her clinical experience includes Surgical Critical Care, Cardiac Surgery, Cardiology, Heart Transplant, and Aesthetic Medicine. Dannya has advanced training in injectables, microcannula, laser, and skincare. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys empowering patients, cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
Doug Smalling
Practice Manager
Doug comes to Aesthetics Confidential with over 30 years of experience in small business retail management and entrepreneurship at Stone Photo & Framing in Boston. He attended Berklee College of Music and is most passionate about helping people. In his spare time, Doug enjoys being a rock star, song writing, playing guitar, reading, sports, golf, and traveling.
