Pricing Policy

Your happiness and treatment outcomes are very important to us. That is why our Botox® and Dysport® treatments are priced per area. This ensures our treatment outcomes are consistent, and our practice is honest. Our Botox® and Dysport® pricing includes a complimentary dose adjustment within 2-3 weeks of your initial treatment. We encourage you to schedule a follow-up visit within that 2-3 week period to perfect and prolong your results. Remember, dose = duration.

Dermal filler, Kybella®, and Sculptra® treatments are offered at package pricing where applicable and do not include complimentary dose adjustments.

Medical Weight Loss Program is offered at a monthly membership price that may be canceled at any time. Some restrictions do apply.

Laser services are offered at package pricing where applicable.

General Notice of Cancellation Policy

At Aesthetics Confidential we strive to provide you with a great experience and the best service possible. As a result, we would hate to see an appointment time go unused when another patient may have benefited from that appointment time. To achieve this, we must do it in an efficient and timely manner. For this reason, we require at least 48 hours’ notice when you cannot keep an appointment. Below is our practice policy for all New and Established/Existing patients.

Policy For All New Patient Appointments

Accepted Answer

For all New Patient appointments, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve an appointment time. Deposits will be credited towards the cost of the service, product, or the “Late Cancellation” or “No-Show” of a scheduled appointment if the patient cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice or “No-Shows” for the scheduled appointment time.

Question 4

Policy For All Established/Existing Patient Appointments

For all Established/Existing Patient appointments, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $150 for the “Late Cancellation” or “No-Show” of a scheduled appointment if the patient cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice or does not show for a scheduled appointment time.

Policy For All Late Arrivals

We would hate to be late for a patient who was on time for their appointment. For that reason, any patient more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment will be considered a “Late Cancellation” or “No-Show” and subject to the respective policy fee above.

Question 6

Policy Regarding Children

At Aesthetics Confidential we love children. However, due to the nature of our work, children are NOT permitted at appointments. The medical spa is not an appropriate space for children and safety is our number one priority. As a result, appointments will be rescheduled if patients are accompanied by children. Arriving at an appointment time that must be rescheduled will be considered a "Late Cancellation" or "No-Show" and subject to the respective policy fee above.

Because your happiness and treatment outcomes are very important to us, at the time of check out we schedule all follow-up appointments. This ensures that treatment outcomes are consistent and minimizes large gaps between treatments to maintain natural results. This will also facilitate obtaining preferred appointment dates and times.
